The church is located near downtown on the north-east corner of Olive and Dickerson street at 110 W Olive.

There are five exits that lead into Palmyra:
North Exit
Maincross Intersection - (Hardees)
Ross Street Intersection - (ShopKo, C&R)
Leeser Street Intersection
South Exit
It is easiest to turn at the Maincross (Hardees) Exit. Continue west to the stop sign (Main street). Cross Main street and take next left (Dickerson). Church is two blocks on the left.
Palmyra, Missouri is just 10 minutes north of Hannibal, Missouri and about 15 minutes south of Quincy, Illinois.
